The Municipal political group "Anaplasis Egaleo" held the anuall celebration for the cutting of New Year's cake on Sunday 15/1/2017.
EPOMEA Egaleo was invited also to this event.
A most generous and moving gesture was performed by the Municipal Councelor and representative of political group " Ora Egaleo" Mr. Ilias Mandros dedicated his piece to Debuty Mayor of Civil Protection and Hygiene Management mr Nikitakis Nikolaos and congratulated him for addressing the problems that have occurred since the recent snowfall and the excellent cooperation of the stakeholders (Municipality, Region, Voluntary Groups).
But due to the combined efforts of EPOMEA, the Region of Attica and of the Municipality of Egaleo, the night came to an auspicious conclusion.
Minor inconvenience was caused to the transportation of citizens and vehicles, a matter that ended swiftly.
EPOMEA is once again ready to deploy.
In collaboration with the Municipality of Egaleo, the team will be on alert during the night to aid and confront any possible damage.
EPOMEA Egaleo was specially awarded during the cutting of the annual New Year's cake of the Athletic Cultural Association «Apollo» of Western Attica, for the team'collaboration collaboration during the athletic run events organized by the association.
