The participation of the Hellenic Elite Special Task Force team in the annual military parade in Thessaloniki was crowned with success . EP.OM.E.A GREECE participated with volunteers from the groups:
EP.OM.E.A: AIGALEO
EP.OM.E.A: LOKRON
EP.OM.E.A: LARISSA
EP.OM.E.A: VOLOS
EP.OM.E.A: SINTIKIS
EP.OM.E.A: PAVLOY MELLA
EP.OM.E.A: KILKIS,
and the host group: EP.OM.E.A: Thessaloniki
The participation of EP.O.ME.A:AIGALEO was made possible thanks to the support of the LIONS Governor of Southern Greece and islands mrs Efi Nicolaides and the coordinating efforts by ms. Karanika M., ms Pateraki G., and mr Koutra Ioannis
The volunteers of the AIGALEO detachment paraded with the Mobile Medical Unit, which had been granded by the LIONS of South Greece and the Islands and two ISUZU D-Max vehicles, courtesy of Petros Petropoulos, the official ISUZU representative in Greece
The President of the Multi-theme 117 lions Greece - Cyprus Maria Ziambra attended the parade, while in the fleet of EP.OM.E.A. also participated from Northern Greece a Mobile Medical Equipment Unit.
The President of EPOMEA GREECE Miltiadis Benakis, after the conclusion of the parade, congratulated the volunteers of all the elite units and thanked them for their constant contribution to the society and for their presence in Thessaloniki.
EP.OM.E.A participated in the parade with 60 of its members on foot and vehicle formations. Its fleet consisted of four (4) ambulances, one (1) Mobile Medical Unit, one (1) medical transport truck, eight (8) multi purpose SUV's, two ( 2) Inflatable lifeboats and one (1) mobile command center.

Finally, we would like to thank Nea Odos S.A for its support to EPOMEA's actions. and the safe transportation of its volunteers in order to participate in the annual military parade.
