On July 25, 2017, at 09: 00-17: 00 at the TUV AUSTRIA ACADEMY a "BLS / AED, ERC" Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS / AED) seminar will be held, based on the provision of certified basic knowledge and training for the use of Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) using the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) in cases of cardiac arrest in adults, according to the new guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC). It is addressed to all Citizens, Students, Paramedics, Members of Voluntary Rescue Groups, Security Bodies etc. The seminar has a total duration of 5 hours, is approved and certified by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC). At the end of the seminar, the ERC, which is the only officially recognized organization in Europe to implement and certify BLS / AED provider courses, certificates will be given to successful trainees which last for 3 years (with international recognition) . The event was organized under the auspices of the Diplomatic Delegation of the Palestine State in Athens and with the support of the Municipality of Vyronas in cooperation with many agencies.
The Youth Orchestra of Banat al-Quds, the National Music Conservatoire, Edward Said of Palestine, "The Daughters of Jerusalem" played and sang in the event, who cheered us with their voices.
Maria Sultatou also performed with them.
The goal of the performers was to pass through their music a message of peace, freedom, dignity and love, guided by the slogan: "IN THIS EARTH THERE ARE REASONS THAT MAKE LIVE WORTH LIVING ".
With the participation of many well-known artists, a concert dedicated to Yannis Spanos was performed at the Vrahon Theater "Melina Merkouri" of the Municipality of Vyronas. The was held to celebrate the 60 years of the composer's journey. On his side, many well-known artists performed such as: Grigoris Valtinos, Doros Demosthenous, Eleni Dimou, Peggy Zina, Yiannis Zouganelis, Pantelis Thalassinos, Aleka Kanellidou, Kostas Karafotis, Kosmas Kocolis, Katerina Kouka, Manolis Mitsias, Peny Xenakis, Lakis Papadopoulos, Kostas Jiagoulas, Tania Tsanaklidou and Kostas Hatzis.

Members of the Elite Team Special Missions of Egaleo and Volos camped for two days at the Christakis Shelter at 2,450m along with visitors of EPOMEA from Thessaloniki and Larissa. The program included an ascent to Kakoskala to the top of Skolios at an altitude of 2,912 m. The experience was unique and the images we saw were simply divine!

All Volunteers have attended the Fire Protection Academy training program on the subjects of forest protection and fire-fighting for members of the Volunteer Organizations of the GSCP Registry.
